Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions we are asked most often before a rental in Ouarzazate.
What documents do I need to hire a car?
A valid ID card or passport, your driving licence and a means of payment in the driver's name. Let us know if a second driver is planned.
Is my foreign driving licence accepted?
Foreign licences in Latin script are generally accepted for a tourist stay. If yours uses another alphabet, an international driving permit is advisable. Get in touch if in doubt.
Can you hand over the vehicle at Ouarzazate Airport?
We arrange handovers at Ouarzazate Airport as well as at our agency in Tarmigt. Give us your flight number and arrival time when booking and we will be waiting at the exit.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is taken when you collect the vehicle, as with any hire. The amount and the way it is held depend on the category: we confirm the details with you before booking.
Do you offer child seats?
Baby seats and boosters can be added on request. Tell us the children's ages and how many when booking so everything is fitted before you set off.
Can I return the car in another city?
A one-way return to another city is sometimes possible depending on the vehicle and the season. Contact us with your dates and destination for a precise answer.
What if I need to cancel?
Plans change, we know. Contact us as soon as you can by phone or message and we will find the simplest way forward together.
